We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Birmingham team on a permanent contract. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, manage, and optimise digital campaigns for clients across sectors including retail, events, and consultancy.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable impact. From PPC and paid social to SEO and email marketing, you'll bring creativity and data-driven thinking to every project.
Working closely with clients, you'll translate objectives into campaigns that perform, while reporting on results and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners to ensure campaigns land with impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Manage SEO, PPC, email, and paid social activity for multiple clients
* Create and brief engaging content for websites, email, and social media
* Monitor performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and report back to clients and leadership
* Work closely with clients to understand objectives and recommend strategies
* Stay up to date with digital trends and introduce fresh ideas to campaigns
About You
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial focus, and who thrives in a fast-moving, client-facing role.
Must-Have Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side)
* Strong track record managing paid and organic campaigns
* Confident with Google Ads, GA4, and paid social platforms
* Skilled at using data to inform decisions and improve ROI
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage directly with clients
Desirable Skills
* Experience in retail, events, or consultancy marketing
* Knowledge of email automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
* Familiarity with influencer or partnership campaigns
* Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
