Overview
Block Property Manager for a residential property developer in Oxted (Hybrid Working). Salary £40,000 + Company Car. Employer: Residential Property Developer. This is a developer-side role with a structured portfolio, hybrid working, and no AGM commitments.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential developments on behalf of a well-established property developer.
* Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders and residents, delivering a high standard of customer service.
* Oversee maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
* Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and property standards.
* Provide guidance to clients and directors on property-related matters.
* Support the wider property team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in residential block or estate management.
* IRPM or TPI qualification (desirable, not essential).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied portfolio.
* Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
* A professional, client-focused approach.
