We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager on behalf of a well-established and successful business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take a lead role within a proactive and friendly team. The successful candidate will act as the central point within a busy office environment, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
What can you expect?
* Quoting customers accurately using product information sheets
* Processing sales orders efficiently and in line with company procedures
* Coordinating the export of goods overseas, including all associated documentation
* Leading and developing a small office-based team
* Managing office functions to support wider business operations
* Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
What do I need?
* Proven experience in a similar Office Manager, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment
* Proficient in Sage Cloud, Microsoft Excel, and Word
* Knowledge and experience of export processes and documentation
* Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small team
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* A full driving licence
