We are seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join a well‑established, dynamic and growing organisation in the electronics sector based in Hook, Hampshire.
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum, plus bonuses, life insurance, 25 days holiday, and the ability to work from home one day per week.
Responsibilities
* Process sales orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
* Deal promptly and efficiently with customer enquiries and any other customer issues.
* Manage and develop relationships with customers, identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
* Create and send quotations to customers and progress them via a CRM system.
* Raise sales invoices for completed and dispatched orders.
* Maintain and develop the company CRM system.
* Support external Account Managers in their work.
* Generate leads and qualify new customers using databases, web search and LinkedIn.
* Perform general office duties, telephony, call filtering and other tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of sales administration/internal sales experience within manufacturing or distribution.
* Live within 30 minutes of Hook, Hampshire.
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
* Ability to manage customer relationships to help grow and retain accounts.
