Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager to join its client's Reablement Team, based in Cheshire.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Lead and supervise the reablement social work team, providing guidance, oversight, and reflective supervision to ensure safe, strengths‑based, person‑centred practice.
* Coordinate and manage workflow, including allocation of cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and discharge planning in line with statutory duties.
* Work collaboratively with health and community partners, troubleshooting barriers, supporting effective multi‑disciplinary working, and ensuring individuals receive seamless, outcome‑focused reablement support.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
