We are seeking a dedicated individual with the skills and experience to support pupils across a range of settings, including whole-class environments, small group interventions, and one-to-one sessions.
Role:
* Provide tailored support to pupils across a range of settings, including whole-class environments, small group interventions, and one-to-one sessions.
* Development of the physical and mental wellbeing of pupils.
* Delivering activities and interventions as required under direction of the class teacher and SENCo.
* Communicating effectively with pupils, parents and staff.
* Supervising breaktime and lunchtime activities.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with primary age pupils.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* A strong and caring personality and is calm, patient and firm.
* Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
