Key Responsibilities
As Event Manager, you'll take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering high-impact events from concept through to completion. You'll ensure every detail from logistics and budgeting to vendor partnerships and team coordination is executed to the highest standard.
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of events across a busy and diverse event calendar.
* Take full ownership of event budgeting, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
* Leverage venue and location expertise to recommend suitable options and guide stakeholder decisions.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class internal and external events.
* Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly and to plan.
What you’ll need to have
* Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver multiple complex events simultaneously.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience engaging at all levels.
* Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, engaging experiences.
* Proficient in event management technologies, registration platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in event planning and delivery, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Frequent travel around the UK will be required.
It would be great if you also have
* Event Agency experience.
* Knowledge or passion for beauty, retail, health and wellness industries.
* Line Management experience.
* Experience in virtual and hybrid events.
