Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field.
* Extensive experience teaching psychology at the secondary level.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* A passion for fostering psychological understanding and critical thinking.
