Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working on greenfield projects and building global user-facing products.
Working in our Search & Match domain, you will be working collaboratively on products using AI models and semantic search, and play a key role in global steering of technical decisions, ensuring our engineering practices scale effectively across multiple markets.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
1. Start your day with a stand up, pair with your team-mates, write some tests and implement your app
2. Collaborate with other teams on your project, review a pull request and deploy to production through your CI pipeline - come across a showstopper? Figure out as a team what to do, run some whiteboard design sessions
3. Cross-testing and assuring quality
4. Attend a planning session with your team
5. Our tech stack and methodologies: C# .NET (8+), Terraform, Typescript - Services: Rest API; Event-driven, Microservice, Serverless architecture - Principles: TDD, Agile, Pair Programming - CI/CD: Git, Docker, Bamboo - Cloud: AWS, Lambda, ECS - Databases/Storage: Postgres, Dynamo, DocumentDb, OpenSearch/Elastic, Redis - Monitoring: Cloudwatch, Kibana, Grafana, DataDog
Qualifications
6. Experience of working with the following tech; C# .NET (8+), Terraform, Typescript, AWS, CI/CD
7. Dedication to high quality, testable and maintainable code and super passionate about all things technical
8. Happy to collaborate with a wide group of people
9. Take ownership of key deliverables
10. Keen to coach and mentor others
