Overview
Part-time Care Assistant role at HC-One in Newark-on-Trent, England. The role is 24.5 hours per week, shift 2:30pm – 10:00pm with full flexibility required.
Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assist with daily activities in the home.
* Deliver care with empathy to preserve residents’ individuality and dignity.
* Support residents with limited mobility, provide comfort to those who are distressed, and assist with end-of-life care as needed.
* Recognise safeguarding signs and know how to respond; attend safeguarding training and undertake related ongoing training.
