In Kent, our approach to the 'Turnaround' programme is to enhance our Adolescent Early Help offer by providing specialist education, training, and employment support, to maximise attendance, engagement, and attainment of a target group of children.
We're looking to recruit an Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Officer for our Turnaround team.
The position is funded by the Ministry of Justice until the end of March 2029 and covers East Kent (Thanet and Canterbury) where the officer works alongside the Adolescent Early Help unit and is line‑managed by the Unit Lead. Full‑time opportunities are available.
The officer will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Work that works for you and us – let's talk flexibility!
