Conveyancing Solicitor – Coventry
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
o Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
o Shared ownership transactions
o Re-mortgages
o New build developments
* Handle files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout
* Advise and communicate with clients in person, over the telephone and in writing
* Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
* Maintain and manage client files efficiently and in compliance with required standards
* Respond to enquiries and provide quotations where required
* Build and maintain relationships, identifying networking opportunities and generating new business
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
* Familiarity with CQS standards
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documentation
