Oversees market analysis, works closely with Finance in developing business cases and pro-formas, and identifies customer and market needs. Provides leadership in planning, designing, and implementing business plans that drive growth and operational efficiency. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics to achieve business goals, and collaborates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives. Regularly interacts with executives and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard new partner entrepreneurs, guiding them through established selection and onboarding processes. Present and promote the program to qualified leads, managing the lead pipeline throughout the recruitment journey. Refine the program’s value proposition using insights and data gathered from on-the-ground experience. Maintain strong engagement with business partners and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges. Strengthen partner relationships to enhance service quality, efficiency, and long-term collaboration. Support the development and management of freight or logistics partnerships across multiple regions, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
