A leading Oracle Cloud consulting partner is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale Oracle HCM and ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects
? Plan and deliver workshops, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication
? Ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements while maintaining quality
? Provide senior oversight and mentorship across other ongoing projects
? Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring transparency
Key Skills Required
Proven delivery of multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations at scale
Strong client-facing consulting background with relationship-building skills
Full lifecycle experience delivering Oracle-based HCM/ERP solutions
Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, and bid support
Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC Level)
