Data Governance Lead Salary: National £65,000 - £75,000 About the Role We're looking for a Data Governance Lead to embed robust, practical governance across a major enterprise platform-ensuring data is trusted, well-controlled, and compliant from design through to delivery. In this role, you'll champion governance by design, drive clear data ownership and quality standards, and provide strong oversight of controls while partnering closely with delivery, architecture, risk, and security teams. You'll lead governance forums, support informed senior decision-making, and simplify processes to enable faster, safer outcomes. Bringing experience in complex data environments, you'll combine a solid understanding of data quality, controls, and compliance with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset, and the confidence to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders at all levels.
