This vacancy is opened to current Golden Jubilee University National Hospital employees only The NHS Scotland Academy currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced administrator with planning and project management skills to join their Team. The post holder will play a key role in the development and delivery of the NHS Scotland Academy (NHSSA) key strategic programmes and projects. The post holder will manage the day-to-day running of the programme office for a number of projects and programmes associated with the NHSSA, by providing high level project support and assisting in the delivery of advice and guidance on appropriate management methodologies. The post holder will be required work autonomously in the role, escalating any issues that may arise to the appropriate programme lead. Effective interpersonal skills are a key requirement as the post holder will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships within the NHSSA and those associated with the NHSSA. You must be highly organised with a demonstrable track record of success in an administration or project role.
