Directorate: Public Health Section: Public Health Grade: Level 15 Actual Salary: £54,495 - £57,870 Hours: 37 Previous applicants need not apply. This advert is open to Internal and External applicants. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative individuals to manage a key Public Health programme of work related to Communities / Inequalities. The individual will manage Health Inequalities, Wider/Commercial Determinants and Community Development. This post is a permanent strategic/operational level role within the Children's Families and Communities Division of Stoke on Trent City Council, local Public Health, Protection and Wellbeing Directorate. The role be focused on driving equality and inclusion, and involves leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, conducting research, and delivering effectively across a range of partner agencies using a strong programme management approach. You will collaborate across agencies managing programmes of work that improve the health of the population of Stoke on Trent City. The post holder will use expert knowledge, skills and experience to support, planning, development, delivery and evaluation of programmes, in addition to providing advice and support across key transformation programmes, to improve and promote health and wellbeing of the local population.
