An excellent empathetic telephone manner and the ability to work as part of our small friendly team is a must. As is the ability to adapt and multi-task to meet the needs of the business.
The post will involve signposting patients to the correct clinician or service best suited to their needs. This can be by direct contact including face to face or telephone. Handling requests including appointments, prescriptions and other enquiries. Communication with secondary care, outside agencies and the wider Multi Disciplinary Team. The role will involve the use of all recognised methods of communications including email, telephone and other electronic systems whilst remaining GDPR compliant at all times.
