Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver
Location: Basildon, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3am-12pm
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role:
Our client, a well-established company based in Basildon, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join their busy team. This is a full-time position offering stable hours and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (valid license required)
Loading and unloading goods
Picking and packing orders accurately
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Valid forklift license (Counterbalance or Reach)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Good attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
