You’ll be responsible for:
* Ensure all digital platforms adhere to minimum legal and compliance standards on an ongoing basis
* Single point of contact within your department for compliance approval and processing
* Uphold community guidelines on digital member’s app, offboarding where appropriate and ensuring robust process for ongoing monitoring
* Act as the department representative within the business Compliance Committee – championing compliance and raising awareness within the department of necessary protocols
* Act as the lead across the department to ensure all teams are working to the prescribed audit standards – ensure regular reminders of protocols
* Responsible to lead your department through all relevant audit requirements
* Work with stakeholders across the company, including global, UK and external parties where required
* Working closely with other departments to ensure implementation of the measures of the Customer Data Governance in terms of customer data handling
Skills & Qualifications:
* University degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in Business Administration, Economics or related field
* 3-5 years’ of experience in a business steering division at a managerial level, such as Operations, Finance, Compliance, or similar
* Experienced Lead Auditor, qualified to ISO 9001:2015
* Experienced within GDPR and DPA regulatory requirements, ensuring safe customer data handing
* Demonstrated strong stakeholder management
* Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
* A strong awareness of identifying potential risks and proactively navigating around these in a compliant fashion which drives business success
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
