Role Overview
GLL is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cleaning Assistant to join the team at Wantage Leisure Centre. This is a key role in ensuring the centre is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of the centre, maintaining high standards of hygiene in a busy leisure environment. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently while following all Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
Schedule & Hours
Monday – Friday, 15:30–18:30
Qualifications
* Previous cleaning experience desirable
* Good customer care skills
* Ability to follow Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
* Hard‑working, conscientious and able to work in a fast‑paced setting
