Responsibilities
1. Serve as strategic advisor to Divisions in the design / implementation ofpensation programmes and partner with divisional HCM to advise / deliver workable solutions to the business onpensation issues
2. Oversee and support region-specificpensation programmes and processes, Currency Election Programme and deliver onpensation related projects in line with firm and divisional strategy
3. Work with consultants to benchmarkpensation in financial services and other adjacent markets and prepare key findings, as required, to stakeholders
4. Partner with cross-functional HCM teams to advise and structure new hirepensation packages and transfer salaries for existing employees
5. Support allpensation matters relating to EMEA jurisdictions including monthly payrolls, equity make whole valuations,pensation audits and management of offer letter templates
6. Provide support and oversight for the year-endpensation process including totalpensation rmendations, salaries andpensationmunication
7. Partner with divisional HCM to work on any new office build-outs or acquisitions within the EMEA region
8. Work closely with Human Capital Management Engineering on system enhancements and automation to achieve operational efficiency
9. Identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive process change and create efficiencies across the function. Work closely with HCM Engineering on system enhancements and automation to achieve operational efficiency
10. Liaise with divisional HCM, Tax, Legal, and Controllers onpensation matters as necessary
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
11. Preferably bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field in HR
12. 7+ years of relevant work experience; experience inpensation preferred
13. Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
14. Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through required
15. Some functional knowledge of Executivepensation practices and European remuneration regulations preferred
16. Strong written and verbalmunication skills and ability to develop relationships with professionals across several HCM groups and act as an effective liaison to meet client needs
17. Thinks multiple steps ahead; prepares for potential problems and escalates issues when appropriate; and jugglespeting deadlines effectively
18. Ability to work well both independently and in a global fast-paced team environment
