Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the management and leadership of a Children's Residential Home. Working under the Registered Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensure high standards of care, and support a team of residential staff.

This role operates on a variable shift pattern across all 7 days of the week. Please note that a fixed pattern is not available, and flexibility is essential.
