The Company Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a renown Logistics and Warehousing organisation are looking for a Warehouse Administrator, working on a Day Shift 08:00 16:30This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual with experience in Warehouse Administration to join our fast-paced operation. The Role As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
Safely handle products throughout all inbound and outbound processes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring goods are managed correctly to minimise damage. Ensure that stock movements, customer bookings, and transport arrangements are all accurately recorded and processed. Additionally, you will: - Carry out general admin duties such as data entry, filing, and system updates- Support the warehouse by carrying out reasonable requests as needed- Report any concerns, issues, or instruction variances to your line manager promptly- Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE, and escalate concerns as needed- Carry out PI Checks and cross check paperwork- Complete equipment checks as required and report defects to your line manager About You To be considered as a Warehouse Administrator, you will need: - Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse support role- Experience working in a Bonded Warehouse environment- Proven customer service experience - Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointTPBN1_UKTJ
