CloverCareGroupoffersfreetrainingandongoingsupportforallour SupportWorkers,withdedicatedClinicalSupportSupervisorswhowillalwaysbeathand.Westrategicallyworkwithyoutodevelopyourcareerincarewithongoingprofessionaldevelopment.
Theapplicantmusthavethefollowingqualifications:
* Minimum6monthsrecentexperienceinahealthcareorsupportrolewithintheUK
* Experienceprovidingpersonalcareandstructuredsupportincomplexcaresettings
* Confidentinfollowingcareplans,administeringmedication,andmonitoringwellbeing
* MusthavetherighttoworkintheUKwedonotoffersponsorship
* Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkaspartofawidercareteam
* Empathetic,patient,andreliablewithafocusonbuildingpositiveclientrelationships
