This Corporate Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible working options and hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary and benefits package. Hybrid working.
The Role
As a Corporate Solicitor in this team, you would:
* Join a dynamic, M&A and PE-focused corporate team within a globally recognised law firm.
* Work on significant domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity deals, and advisory work.
* Collaborate with clients across various sectors, from FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies to SMEs and innovative start-ups.
* Play a key role in the growth of an expanding Midlands practice, taking on high levels of responsibility and gaining exposure to an international client base.
* Benefit from a period of exciting expansion, with the team welcoming a new partner to further drive growth and enhance the firm's market position.
About You
To be successful in your application for this Corporate Solicitor vacancy, you will have:
* A minimum of three years' PQE in corporate law in England or Wales, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity, or related areas.
* Experience working on high-value transactions and providing commercial, strategic advice to clients.
* A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
* A strong academic background and a passion for business development.
* A proactive, ambitious attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
