As the Helpdesk Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for call handling, resource planning, and compliance monitoring duties across our various client premises within the Facilities Services division.


Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently logging all reactive jobs via telephone and email.
* Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, including PPM and reactive works.
* Proactively monitoring and chasing work orders to ensure completion within the required SLA.
* Responding to client queries and providing timely updates on job progress.
* Utilising internal reports to drive performance and meet contractual KPIs.
* Generating purchase orders for materials and subcontractor requirements.
* Planning, scheduling, and assigning PPM and reactive work orders to mobile engineers.
* Ensuring all PPM and reactive work orders are scheduled efficiently to minimise travel time.
* Ensuring all PPMs are completed within the appropriate timescales.
* Liaising with mobile engineers and the Contract Manager to ensure efficient planning of work.
* Escalating SLA failures in advance to optimise opportunities to avoid failure.
* Performing administration tasks as required by the business.


Skills and Experiences

* Experience working to strict SLAs & KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong administrative and analytical skills.


Specific Qualifications

* Previous experience working on a helpdesk or in a similar fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in planning/scheduling for a mobile workforce (desirable).
* Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
