Key Responsibilities: Deliver, install, and demonstrate white goods, televisions, and cookers in customers' homes. Engage with customers to ensure a smooth, informative, and high-quality delivery and installation experience. Maintain regular communication with your site team to adapt to delivery changes and escalate any unplanned issues. Use handheld devices (Savvy) to complete visits and collect customer signatures.
