What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
Working as part of a multi-agency team working to respond to anti-social behaviour and reduce crime and disorder across somerset, ensuring that everyone who experiences anti-social behaviour is able to report their concerns appropriately and achieve the correct and timely response.
Be responsible for responding, logging and recording initial reports of anti-social behaviour, using both police and council IT systems and processes.
Engaging with victims and communities, in high visibility patrols, researching reports of ASB, calling back victims in accordance to policy, giving advice and sign posting.
Gathering evidence of incidents, assisting with enforcement and applying for effective tools and powers.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

* Knowledge and expertise in anti-social behaviour and related community safety topics.
* Proven experience in partnership working.
* Experience in working as part of a team.
* Have excellent problem solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is £25,989 to £28,142 per annum.
