Key Account Manager - UK Location: Pocklington, UK (On Site)

We're expanding our UK market presence and are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to help drive this growth. Manage a portfolio of accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and online chats, supporting the wider team.
Identify opportunities to upsell and expand account growth
Collaborating with the sales team to maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Proven experience in a sales-focused role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Comfortable working with CRM systems (training provided)
Within commutable distance to our Pocklington Head Office
