Representing His Majesty’s Government, we lead major programmes such as the Government Hubs Programme, Whitehall Campus Programme, and Net Zero Programme, providing modern, cost-effective real estate services.

Innovation and progress underpin our culture. We promote lifelong learning, curiosity, and self-improvement. We are committed to being an inclusive employer that values Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), ensuring our services meet the needs of government departments and civil servants.

Join our diverse team dedicated to sustainability, social value, inclusivity, flexibility, and economic growth. Make a meaningful impact, influence change, and help shape our future.

The GPA is committed to representing the communities we serve by embedding Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion in all we do. We encourage applications from disabled candidates, ethnically or gender-diverse individuals, and LGBTQ+ community members.
