Residential Property Solicitor/ILEX/CLC – Bedfordshire – hybrid working arrangements
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property lawyer to join a well‑established national law firm with a strong reputation for client service and career development.
Responsibilities
You will handle a varied and high‑quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to post‑completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and equity release transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* New build purchases
* Help to Buy transactions
* Lease extensions and variations
* Transfers of equity
* Matrimonial transfers
* Title investigations and reporting
In addition to fee‑earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross‑refer work across the wider firm.
Qualifications
* Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
* The ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Local market knowledge and an understanding of the Bedfordshire property market
* A proactive and team‑oriented approach
* Residential Property Specialist (Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC) with at least 2 years experience or equivalent
