You can confidently pilot projects solo, presenting your work with conviction and genuinely listening to client feedback. You're a natural collaborator, working seamlessly with other departments to deliver outstanding work that's always on time and on brief. Your ability to elevate a brief, push boundaries, and deliver ideas with real impact showcases your passion for making every piece of work shine. You see clients as trusted partners and advisors, always ready to offer your expert opinion. Plus, you're adept at translating your visionary ideas into clear briefs for animators, photographers, or directors.


You work well in a time crunch and work even better when challenged to do something entirely new. You enjoy selling ideas in as much as making them.


You sweat the details, no matter the medium. You care about the craft and about the people around you. You're accountable, organised and a true collaborator across every discipline.


* Self-starter who goes above and beyond, and consistently seeks new ways to elevate the agency's creative product
* Able to deliver concise and clear feedback to assigned creative teams
* Strong interest in innovation, purpose work and creating across cultural verticals like sports, music, entertainment, tech etc.
* Ability to lead developing exceptional concepts for a wide range of advertising including content, digital, experiential, OOH, Creator, PR and traditional media, through visuals, the written word and your voice.
* Deliver outstanding creative and results, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment (Creative teammates, strategists, PR leads and account team) to ensure creative work is on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest
* Ability to lead creative teams to big ideas and craft a compelling visual world that brings elements big and small together.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining a tight-knit creative crew, working across a diverse range of client and in-house projects. You’ll lead the way, helping craft, guide, and inspire the team. As with all our crew, you'll be an intrinsic part of both the creative department and the wider agency.


Creative Directors here lead by example. They plant the seed for internal team culture and inspire those under them to design, build, collab, concept, and go even bigger. They also get their hands dirty to ensure ideas get across the finish line.


As a creative lead, you have a passion for the latest innovations along with the fundamentals of storytelling. You get excited by not just making great work but by making great work that actually works.


You're hungry to teach others how to build campaigns, establish a look and feel, create pitch-perfect decks and refine every last detail. You have an impeccable eye for design and a way with words.


Key Responsibilities:

* Act as an ambitious, conceptually-led, and practical creative master (both copywriter and art director) – full of brilliant ideas, infectious energy, and a love for all things culture.
* Expertly answer briefs ranging from broad brand and broadcast campaigns to timely and tactical activations, working across diverse client sectors from consumer to direct.
* Confidently lead pitches and contribute to agency new business efforts.
* Maintain an impeccable attention to detail, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest possible quality.
* Possess a strong point of view on how ideas can elevate both creative and strategic execution.
* Proactively manage your time to seamlessly work across multiple projects simultaneously.
* Hone your team management skills, inspiring, leading, and developing other creative colleagues.
* Be a true team player, collaborating effectively with other departments and freelancers.
* Act as a positive force, offering guidance and reassurance, and keeping a cool head when the pressure is on.
* Be proactive in the continual improvement of both yourself and our agency.


Your Skills


* A genuine love and curiosity – whether it's books, social feeds, scripts, films, exhibitions or magazines.
* An excellent grasp of grammar and ability to write compellingly for various formats (short-form, scripts, voiceover).
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google work products, and perhaps even a touch of AI. (Figma would be a huge plus!)
* 10 years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting
* A proven track record of creating brilliantly inventive, engaging and effective work - a portfolio of client work, campaign concepts and relevant creative endeavors
* Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal), creative problem-solving and presentation skills
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Be fearless and not afraid to fail
* A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas
* The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better
* Teamwork and collaboration are non-negotiable
* Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to lead the creative and strategic development of a brand campaign, and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team/ability to communicate ideas clearly
