We are currently looking for a service driven Sales & Membership Manager to lead our sales team in Yorkshire, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record leading a sales team focused on over achievement of targets.
Naturally you will have a great leadership style and will also have a determination to deliver against sales targets and manage the direct conversion into membership, events or visits through implementation of a professional sales process.
You will prepare and present annual and quarterly sales plans, exhibiting strong commercial acumen and a creative approach to achieving objectives.
As a member of the senior management team, you will support the Group General Manager in ensuring staff rota's reflect the operational requirements of the business and ensure a culture of high performance and performance management. You will also act as senior manager on shift and conduct opening and closing procedures as required.
