This business has a clear plan and vision for the future and now requires a motivated Production Manager to support its next phase of growth and success.
Your role as a Production Manager will include:
* Leading, coaching, and developing a cross-functional team
* Driving continuous improvements across people, processes, and performance
* Taking ownership of raw materials, supplier management, P&L, H&S, QC, and HACCP standards
* Overseeing and optimising production planning
The successful Production Manager will have:
* A strong background within food manufacturing
* Proven experience across procurement and supply chain
* In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
* Experience applying lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency
