The Role
 As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for marketing automation and campaign optimisation, taking ownership of HubSpot activity and digital advertising.
You'll be responsible for:
Building and optimising HubSpot email campaigns and automated workflows to engage customers and nurture leads.
Managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns that deliver ROI and support business growth.
Supporting paid and organic digital marketing activities across PPC, SEO, and social.
Analysing campaign performance, presenting insights, and driving continuous improvement.
Collaborating with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital campaigns.
Exploring AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance automation and performance.What We're Looking For
 We're looking for a proactive, creative, and analytical marketer with a solid grasp of digital platforms and automation tools. You'll enjoy taking ownership, experimenting with new ideas, and seeing measurable results.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience using HubSpot (or similar platforms) - creating workflows, automations, and email campaigns.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads - including campaign management and optimisation.
Understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid social strategies in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
Understanding of GDPR and best practices for compliant digital marketing.
Curious, innovative mindset - eager to explore AI and automation to boost performance.
