Written by the client:
My name is Liam Rice, Im 23 years old and Im living with a rare, progressive neurological disability called Friedreichs Ataxia (FA)
which has made me dependent on a wheelchair full time as Im unable to walk and partake in many activities, I was once physically able to. A long time when my disability started to present, I decided to join the gym and I became very
faithful to the sport of bodybuilding/weightlifting, as I grew up obsessed with the Rocky Balboa films as well as Arnold Schwarzenegger, but also understanding the nature of ataxia and what was in store for me in the future in terms of my disability, my passion quickly turned into my duty to consistently invest into the sport of wheelchair bodybuilding, not only to fulfil one of my great passions but also I used the power of exercise to forestall some future progression of my disability, and the loss of any muscle gained.
