Job Description
3. Provide financial analysis and insight to support operational decision-making.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to monitor and manage budgets effectively.
5. Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior stakeholders.
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
7. Support the forecasting and planning process within the organisation.
8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
9. Analyse trends and variances to improve business performance.
10. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Ops Finance Business Partner should have:
11. ACCA / CIMA qualified OR Qualified by experience
12. Experience in the Food manufacturing / FMCG industry or similar factory based environment.
13. Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, standard costings and variance analysis
14. Experience in partnering operations / non-finance stakeholders
15. Excellent communication skills with strong influencing skills
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data in to actionable insight
17. Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
