As an ECT, you will work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, gaining hands‑on experience in lesson planning, classroom management and teaching techniques. The successful applicant will have:
* PGCE qualification (or equivalent), with QTS pending

* Classroom management skills (support will be provided to help you strengthen these)
