Senior Lettings Negotiator
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a career-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing independent agent based in Birmingham City Centre.
My clients are an established and respected agent, so are looking for a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to be part of a fast-paced, results-driven and growing team. This role will act as a key senior figure within a team, setting the standard and supporting the continued success of the office. Lettings for this business is centralised and therefore there will be appointment across all 3 branches regions, which are Edgbaston, Solihull and Birmingham City centre.
Senior Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
* £27,000 - £30,000 basic plus commission – £34,000 - £40,000 OTE

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Duties:
* Booking and attending lettings viewings &; valuations across the business
* Generating new business both face to face and over the phone
* Negotiating lets and progressing deals through to completion
* Organising pre-tenancy paperwork
* Updating window cards and online portals
* Striving to meet and exceed KPI’s and targets
* Acting as a senior member of the team, leading by example in performance and professionalism
* Supporting the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of the department
* Assisting in mentoring and developing junior team members
* Helping to drive team motivation, standards and overall office performance
* Contributing to marketing initiatives and overall business growth
Senior Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally at Senior Lettings Negotiator level
* Proven track record in winning business and closing deals
* Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable
* You will be career driven and looking to take on more responsibility over time
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
* Confident using IT systems and property portals
* Excellent negotiation skills with a professional, well-presented approach
* Target driven, ambitious and self-motivated
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and punctuality
