Job Summary Are you a problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-focused B2C Credit Controller to join our client's supportive team. In this role, you’ll work closely with people who may be experiencing financial difficulties, helping them find solutions that are fair, manageable, and in their best interests. What you’ll be doing Supporting customers with overdue payments and exploring repayment options including setting up direct debits. Listening to individual circumstances and agreeing on tailored solutions. Keeping accurate records of all communication and arrangements. Following processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and deliver great service. What we’re looking for A strong communicator who can handle sensitive conversations with empathy. Organised and methodical, with great attention to detail. Experience in administration, collections, or customer service is an advantage. Resilient, positive, and able to stay calm under pressure. A genuine desire to help people and work as part of a team.
