Location: Hybrid – Buckshaw HQ & Home-Based
Hours: 20 per week (flexible pattern, including occasional weekends)
Salary: £26,300 – £28,033 per annum (pro rata)

What you'll do:
Develop and deliver a volunteer strategy with clear goals.
Recruit, train, and retain dedicated volunteers across a variety of roles.
Build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, and ensure volunteers feel valued.
Organise volunteer events and recognition activities.
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate volunteer records.
Attend community and networking events to promote volunteering.
What we're looking for:
A proactive and personable individual with experience in volunteer coordination or community engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and a creative, can-do approach.
A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
