Outline Scope & Purpose of Role
Granada Secondary Glazing is a leading name in secondary glazing solutions across the UK. We're committed to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional service.
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and executing the marketing strategies and initiatives of Granada Secondary Glazing and Clearview secondary glazing. This person will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, marketing our newest products, and supporting the company’s sales goals.
Key Tasks
To develop, implement, and manage various marketing campaigns that promote our secondary glazing. The Marketing Manager will enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, acquire leads, and generate sales.
Marketing Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
* Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
* Collaborate with Managers and Directors to align marketing goals with company-wide objectives.
Campaign Management:
* Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, email, and social media.
* Oversee content creation and ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Digital Marketing:
* Manage the company’s online presence, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Optimise digital campaigns to increase web traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools.
Brand Management:
* Ensure our Company brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials.
* Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all internal and external communications.
* Lead initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
Market Research:
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
* Use data and analytics to refine target audience segments and marketing efforts.
* Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends.
Team Leadership:
* Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
* Work closely with our web designer to improve our website (ensuring all content and navigation are simple and clear, and SEO optimised)
* Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed for campaign execution and to significantly increase high quality backlinks.
Budget Management:
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* Track spending and adjust as needed to maximize ROI.
Event Planning:
* Oversee the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
* Coordinate logistics and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
New Product Launch
* All related marketing around the launch of our new product.
Key Objectives & Experience
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or on the job knowledge gained through job experience (master’s preferred).
* Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and driven with the ability to self-manage, working in a stand-alone role.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
* Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
* Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
This role is office based in Dinnington, Sheffield, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Salary is flexible for the right experience.
