What You Will Do
* Own the development and delivery of a global content marketing strategy with a focus on impactful, audience-first stories addressing brand challenges
* Bring the Journey Further brand to life through editorial, video, and social-first content, collaborating with product specialists on both evergreen and reactive strategies
* Lead the creation of case study content and manage content across the hero, hub, and hygiene spectrum, from thought leadership to reactive social
* Collaborate with channel specialists and senior stakeholders to uncover key narratives that resonate with prospects and clients
* Ensure all content aligns with strategic growth personas and our brand proposition
* Work in partnership with our creative team to deliver content that brings our brand to life
* Partner with Senior Marketing Manager(s) and Product Leaders to shape creative ideas that are both strategic and standout
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a content marketer and/or creator, with strong editorial and storytelling skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt across different formats
* Exceptional storytelling skills able to create a strategic brief and turn it into high-impact content
* Ability to lead projects, manage contributors, and deliver on deadlines
* Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
* An extensive track record of developing audience-first content across various formats: video, editorial, and social
* Solid understanding of content performance, SEO principles, and platform-specific optimisation
* Comfortable leading content planning processes and working towards marketing objectives
Location: Leeds or London
Salary
Leeds: £47,000 - £55,000
London: £51,000 - £61,000
