Accounts Payable Job in Oldham for 6-month Contract - Hybrid Working Included

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham, looking for an Accounts Payable Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working part-time hours (30 hours per week).
Your new role
You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
1. Process invoices and ensure timely payments
2. Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues
3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions
4. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions
6. Assist with month-end closing activities
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
1. A good knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
2. Proficiency in MS Excel
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What you'll get in return
