* Emotional Support : Talking to patients, reassuring them, and providing companionship.
* Environmental Maintenance : Keeping patient areas clean, tidy, beds made, and sterilizing equipment.
* Clinical Assistance : Supporting nurses in clinics, assisting with basic wound care, and preparing exam areas (depending on training).
* Communication : Liaising with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.
* Stock Management : Checking and ordering medical supplies.
* Personal Care : Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and changing positions.
* Patient Monitoring : Taking and recording vital signs (temp, pulse, BP, weight).
