Overview
As a reprographics assistant you will be responsible for providing an efficient and up to date reprographics and learning resources service to students and staff. At the request of colleagues, you will support with the production and delivery of internal exam papers, booklets and leaflets as required. In this role you will be expected to maintain all reprographics equipment to ensure they are in working order, manage costs of materials and monitor stock levels of relevant stationery and equipment. Alongside the reprographics duties, you will be part of the main school reception team. You will support effective communication across academy teams, ensuring pupils receive the support they require, dealing with queries from parents, composing academy letters, ordering of supplies, preparing items for postage and ensuring all visitors to the academy follow the sign in procedure and have the appropriate security clearance.
As this is a forward-facing role, the successful candidate should provide exceptional front of house service for our Academy. You must be approachable and welcoming along with having excellent organisational skills, be confident and have the ability to communicate confidently and hold an understanding of safeguarding children.
Responsibilities
* Provide reprographics and learning resources service to students and staff; support production and delivery of internal exam papers, booklets and leaflets as required.
* Maintain reprographics equipment, manage material costs and monitor stock levels of stationery and equipment.
* Be part of the main school reception team; support communication across academy teams, assist pupils and respond to queries from parents.
* Compose academy letters, order supplies, prepare items for postage and manage visitor sign-in procedures and security clearance.
* Deliver exceptional front of house service and uphold safeguarding initiatives in day-to-day roles.
