Living Well in Later Life Manager
to lead our community‑based activity workstream and help shape the future of our outreach work across the county.
About the role
This is a strategic leadership position, responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a diverse range of activities that promote health, wellbeing, social connection, and independence for older people.
You will:
* Lead the strategic development of our
Living Well in Later Life
workstream, ensuring services reflect community needs and align with organisational priorities.
* Oversee the end‑to‑end project management of multiple programmes, from research and design through to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, co‑production, and partnership working.
* Manage and motivate staff and volunteers to deliver high‑quality, inclusive, and impactful activities.
* Relaunch and grow key initiatives such as Sow & Grow and Budleigh Salterton's Chatty Cafe, while also developing new services shaped by local demand.
