Interim P2P Specialist with VAT expertise required for global aesthetics business. Manchester.
The business is a rapidly growing network of medical aesthetics clinics across Europe. US headquarted and now expanding its UK operations, the business is seeking an experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist with strong VAT expertise on an interim basis.
The UK finance function is a start up, you will support the business whilst it goes out to hire permanently.
You'll play a key role in strengthening the P2P processes and ensuring VAT compliance across supplier invoice and payment workflows. Working closely with the finance and operations teams, you'll support accurate invoice processing, VAT coding, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Duties:
End to end P2P processing: PO Matching, invoice validation, payment run preparation
Ensure compliance with UK VAT Regulations
Review and apply appropriate VAT codes on supplier invoices
Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
YOU:
Proven experience in a P2P/AP role with strong VAT knowledge
Solid understanding of UK VAT rules (e.g. reverse charge, input tax reclaim)
Good systems experience
Strong attention to detail and process ownership
Available at short notice (ideally immediately or within 1 week)
Home working available, need to be Northwest based.
