About The Role Pay Details: LSA Grade 4 SCP 5-7 £25,583- £26,403 pro rata Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 30 hours Main Place of Work : St Nicholas CIW Primary Description: The Head Teacher and Governing Body of St Nicholas CIW Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants (LSAs) to join our supportive and nurturing school community. The successful candidate will: Have experience working with children in a primary school setting Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Be able to form positive and effective relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills Be flexible and willing to work across the full primary age range, depending on school needs Desirable (but not essential) skills and experience include: Experience delivering therapeutic interventions such as ELSA and Lego Therapy A good awareness and understanding of Additional Learning Needs (ALN), particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), and attachment difficulties If you are passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing, and committed to working as part of a caring and professional team, we would love to hear from you.
